Nancy Coughlin LCSW-R
I have been working as a therapist since 1999 in various settings with adolescents through adults (individual, family and couples therapy).  It is exciting for me to witness client stories as their lives move in a new direction.  The narrative approach has helped me listen for the unexpected, interesting initiatives people take.  I consistently hear clients’ surprise by how we uncover their skills, abilities and other steps so readily during our conversations.  This takes place as early as our first visit, and these steps reflect the new direction they wish to take in their lives.

When I am not having narrative conversations, I am spending time with family and friends.  I enjoy reading, running and exploring the outdoors.
